December Nail Art Theme Week: Japanese, day 4

I told you I need to catch up! Here's another post for today with my 4th entry for December's Nail Art Theme Week.
Foxy Paws Elegance Japanese Zen Rock Garden
For this entry my inspiration was the Japanese Rock Gardens (or Zen Gardens as they are often called). Those beautiful gardens where the gravel or sand are raked to make them look like ripples of water have always attracted me. They are mostly dry gardens with minimal living plants but instead there are rocks or pieces of wood placed over the raked gravel to create islands in the "water".
For this manicure I started with two coats of Foxy Paws Elegance, a holographic light brown - nude polish. Its quite sheer and the formula is rather thin but it is oh so pretty! Below you see two coats with no top.

Over Elegance I stamped those rippled pattern using Zoya Jacqueline. I specifically chose that polish and not a white one because I wanted my ripples to look soft and not too bright. I think I like how they turned out.
The pieces of grass were made using Darling Diva Polish Sashay Away, a holographic green that I totally fell in love with recently. I finished this mani with a few little black rhinestones instead of the smooth rocks. I hope you like.
